Thank you for taking the time to visit my website for my trek which is in aid of Help For Heroes!

My name is Kevin Walton, Im 22 and I live in Newcastle.Currently a Royal Marines applicant.

I've always wanted to organise something to raise money for Help For Heroes, Since I like a bit of an adventure and challenge I thought I would take part in the Everest Base Camp Challenge on the 4th of November 2011 in aid of Help For Heroes.

The reason I am raising money for Help For Heroes is because I believe in supporting the brave soldiers who have risked it all for their country. The courage of these people who risk their lives everyday on the frontline is inspirational and I would like to give something back to our wounded servicemen and women by taking part in this trek and hopefully raising a lot of money for them. They are the true heroes!

I will keep updating my website and let everyone know how my training and fundraising is going.
